In this 1963 film, a group of cycling children, dressed as monkeys, for no apparent reason, each violate a safety principle, and one by one...DIE!!  (or at least end up in the hospital) Finally, one child is left, the only one who looks human, and he eats all the dead monkeys' lunches. The filmmakers must have had some amazing drugs at the script writing meetings...
