Im not a big fan of the guy saying that he can ride in the bike lane with it. As if there was no other reason for the bike lane than for small motorized vehicles. That aside, Its a pretty cool machine. Would I buy or endorse one, absolutely not.

10 mile range with 10mph top speed... I can't see it being very attractive for cyclists who average 5-10mph more and only require food to recharge every so often :)
