Also, there is the interesting nugget of information that this Mongoose bike apparently is very well made because it was bought at a Schwinn dealer.

Perhaps he meant dispensed -and even that would be wrong.  I think the word they were looking for was utilized.

 

Although I can think of times when having 5 gallons of diesel fuel/kero that could be dispersed behind me would come in handy...
