In the past, Chainlinkers have volunteered to do everything from tabling at big events and managing bike corrals to distributing fliers, setting up for parties, mapping ride routes, and giving news interviews.
Volunteers also lend their talents in graphic design, media, bike mechanics, cookie-baking, and other creative endeavors to support the organization.
Volunteering can also include helping out other bicycle organizations and groups, since that's what we do both on and offline at The Chainlink!
Besides getting to spend time with fun people in the bike community, volunteers typically receive something special like access to festivals, food, beer or miscellaneous bike swag.

Btw - Julie I forgot to mention in my survey that I have amazing baking & crafting skills. Totally useful - I know!
That's good to know cause I'm neither crafty and can't bake without a pre-made mix!
