This may be old news to some, but Wal-Mart sells a $200 Mongoose "fat bike," which looks more like a cheap cruiser with fat tires.  Though this could not possibly be a substitute for a Pug or the like, for the crazy price I thought it would be a fun thing for me and my kids to kick around town and roll over stuff (with an apparently necessary switch from an 18T to a 20T freewheel--so add another $20) and not worry too much about.  Definitely not for ATB action.

Anyone have one?  My expectations are realistically low, but is this so sub-par that it's not worth it?  It seems it could be a fun thing to have around in its own way.
