Street lights off on Clark street?

I was out of town for a few days, so I don't know if this was just last night, of if it has been going on for a while.

The street lights on a large portion of Clark Street were out last night during my ride home around 7 or 7:30 or so. I don't know when it started, north of Fullerton perhaps? I found it rather strange. More peaceful, but possibly more dangerous for those who don't have bike lights.

Did anybody else notice? Or know what is going on?

A big chunk of the lights along the LFT were out yesterday morning as well. I know I encountered lights before I got to Fullerton, though I don't recall where.
