As a fellow Peugenot (sounds like Huguenot...get it...), I declare war and will brain the nearest theif with my ULock.  Not all Frenchies wave white flags of defeat.

I hate bike thieves as much as, if not more than the next guy.... but I'm glad I don't live in a society where theft of material goods is punished with disfiguring and/or disabling  physical violence.
