Hello all,

Some good friends of mine had their bikes stolen at the Milwaukee Avenue Arts fest. When they discovered their bikes were gone, they noticed that several other bikes nearby were sitting with their locks opened. These were u-locks that looked like they had simply been unlocked but left in the bike. It appeared that someone had opened several locks and was waiting for someone to come along and take the locks off and make off with the bikes.

I'm wondering if anyone else had, or knows of someone who had a bike stolen at the Arts Festival as well.
