Stolen Bike - Sulzer Library 9/1

Please help my friend Anne find her bike, that was stolen from in front of Sulzer Library on Tuesday 9/1 b/w 3:30 - 6:00 pm, in broad daylight and in front of the security guard. Black bike, nearly logo-free, white pedals, rack on back, built by a dear friend for a short girl.
