While I was boarding the southbound Kimball bus I noticed a very nice bike on the bus rack. It was a flat-bar commuter bike with a generator hub and lights and leather grips. Later on in my ride, I was surprised that the crazy-eyed person who had been yelling driving instructions at the bus driver from the back row the entire time, and in general just acting like a crack-head, un-loaded the bike at Kimball and Belmont. I noticed that the bike was too small for the rider as he headed west, riding the sidewalk, on Belmont.
So yea, I may have been profiling...But it seemed suspicious, so I thought I'd post something up to see if anyone could use this information.
The bike:
MAY have been a Raleigh. Definitely a modern commuter bike with a sloping top tube and flat handlebar. It was gray with green fenders, black generator hub, black rims, black dynamo light, leather grips, flat bar...
The Guy:
Caucasian, mid to late 20s, pencil chin-wrap beard, ball cap, black baggy jeans, blue/white basketball shirt, long hair, crazy eyes, and generally LOUD.
