Spotted on the Berteau Greenway this afternoon: USPS in the bike lane, semi, glass & downed signs

I'm writing an article for the Huffington Post on the "greenway" and was out taking pictures today; came across all these parts. Inspired by the "Good Intentions, Bad Execution -- Berteau Greenway" discussion.

Doing a good job of keeping "cut through" vehicles off the street.

USPS clearly understands what a bike lane is & obviously has been informed parking in the bike lane is illegal.

Seems like a safe place to cross, cars don't run it over or anything.

These are just the bad examples, took good ones too.

I've said it before: without traffic diverters, Berteau is not a neighborhood greenway. There's nothing on that stretch of road that will actually discourage people from driving on it.
