Smartphone Bike Mounts

Despite my thorough searching, I seem to be unable to find a good bike mount for my Samsung Galaxy S4 that is also waterproof. 

 

Anyone know of any good sites or merchants that carry something like that?  I've seen a few that utilize some sort of zipper pouch however I would prefer something a little more form fitting that uses a case.

This is the one I use and it works great. I have a Motorola RAZR HD, so I don't have to worry about water.
