Help! My supplier for orange mint plant does not have it this year!

If you've ever made your mojitos with orange mint, you will not want to use any other.

I live by Montrose/Sheridan and work in the Loop.  Can meet there or somewhere in between.  Will pay fair price.

Thanks!

No love?

Who's your usual supplier?

I can suggest some places to try.

An electrician that works in the building my wife works in.

Try Gethsemane on Clark and Ashland. As far as I know the best stocked garden center on the North Side
No go.  I get lots of stuff there; esp flowers.

Maybe you could grow it yourself: http://www.tastefulgarden.com/store/pc/Mint-Orange-2p23.htm#details

Seems like the type of plant that wouldn't be that hard to take care of, and if you don't have a yard maybe just grow it in a pot on a windowsill? Maybe Garfield Conservatory or the Chicago Botanic Garden could help you out by selling you a small plant since mint is a very prolific?  Just wanting to help with some ideas. Good luck!
