You need to post more details. I am ok with some of web programming but have no experience in graphic design part of it. If you let me know exactly what needs done, ill let you know if I can do it or not.

Leah, If your gonna migrate the site to it's own server not under control of Ning and want to be able to maintain it yourself without much computer savvy, use the Joomila. An example of a friends site is http://www.unityforachange.org/ it will save the time from starting from scratch and has most of the features. Either way someone is gonna have to pay a few bucks. I use Bluehost to host my sites and for the $100 a year I have had very good luck and they answer the phone in Utah. Also I use the Dotyou.com for my domains because they don't play games if you want to transfer it and they also pick up the phone and will assist if there is any problems, unlike many companies currently out there. I am not down for any real programming at this point but will give to you any information based from my experiences.
