scooter in bike lane

10:40am at Milwaukee/Division/Ashland, seagreen scooter with older male (40ish) curly hair, no helmet harassing a bicyclist. The scooter rider continued southbound on the Milwaukee Ave. bike lane.

Yelling back won't work - get his license plate and call it in! I didn't get the plate number, but I did post the incident on the city's webpage.

Many thanks! I guess we need new age related categories. I'm 62 and my husband is 75; we bike everyday. The bike helmets cover the gray and the balding - so of course we ourselves look (and feel) much younger. Identifying someone speeding by on a sea green scooter is like identifying fall warblers...yep, it's olive green.
