Hi Chainlinkers-

I am wondering if you all could suggest some no-drop training and/or group rides that take place early Saturdays mornings (6-8:30 am) in the north side of Chicago? I have tried riding with the Higher Gear Saturday group, but I usually get dropped half way and don't really know the route very well to make it back by myself. I am thinking of trying Get a Grip's ride tomorrow but don't know what is their pace.

There is xxxracing's Saturday morning ride.  I have not done it, but I have been told that it is no-drop on the way up to Highland Park.  And you can meet them at Ridge and Pratt at 7:30 a.m.

I'm not sure if it's updated, but here is a list - http://www.chicagobikeracing.com/index.php/rides

BFF Bikes has a ride too, although I think it's more a social one on Saturday and the training ride, no drop, is Sunday.

MOX Multisport (at Randolph and Halsted) has s sunday ride.

BFF Saturday ride is later and if I didn't have to work, that would be my go to ride. (I already go to their Sundays ride, great group!)

Would you know the pace? I am good at 18-22ish, but faster I am unable to keep up :(

Maybe check with Vanessa/Annie at BFF.  I just got my first road bike and Vanessa thought I should check it out. She knows that I could not hit 18 mph unless my life depended on it. :-)
