This frame was left in my building by my ex neighbors so I know little about it but am HOPING someone can make use of it. it's a shame to let it go to waste, also its cluttering up my back porch. 40 bucks. 60 bucks and Ill throw in all the components too. How long is the steerer on that fork? I am keen if it is uncut or of sufficient length to work in a serotta i acquired. thanks - lee diamond
I'm at work so unsure, I can try measuring tonight, or you can swing your frame by and try it out. whatever works
ill paypal you 5 bucks for a picture of that frame sawed in half.
I'm interested in the metal pedals if still available.

well,
1) clearly I am 'partsing' it out and
2)I would rather give full disclosure and disclaimers to folks and HOPE someone has some use for a busted frame than just throw the thing in the trash. Though I do appreciate the sentiment of looking out for unwary/novice buyers, as you suggest.

So let's be clear folks: myself and at least two others who have commented thus far think the frame is damaged beyond being safely ride-able, and should not be used for a build up or conversion but I would be open to anyone who wants it anyway for some other purpose. (I can't think of any but maybe someone on the internet can before I just strip the frame and junk it)

Cheers!

If it is a damaged frame then get rid of it and sell off the components if they are ok. I understand buyer beware but how can you sell a frame that has been damaged with a clean mind?
Hey Travesty, please see the comment I just added regarding the frame itself.

The cranks are 170 I believe (i just busted out an old fashined tape measurement to confirm)

I've got $6 to see it uncut, how big is the frame?
I would be interested in the cranks as well I think, how large is what I want to know I guess.

Thanks
steerer length is 172 mm, also it has star nut installed and crown in place. I measured from just above the crown.

No offense, but I think that frame has plenty of parts to make it worth $60...Just saying...

I appreciate the components being up for grabs if the frame is busted and cant be riden, but offer the frame for 40 and 60 for frame and components when someone left it behind, or it otherwise found curbside? I sure do hope prices are extremely negotiable given the circumstances.. We are all trying to make a buck but fair is fair man, if you found it or whatever, prices should reflect that.
I'm interested in the fork. How much?
fork is 55 bucks OBO
Chris,

That fork is too small for what I need but I appreciate you measuring it. Thanks so much - lee
