Route advice for Libertyville requested

I need to go to Libertyville for work next week.

I was thinking of taking UP-N to Lake Bluff and then take the Northshore Bike Path to Libertyville.

Question: Are N. Butterfield Rd and W. Winchester Rd safe roads to ride on? Or are there any better roads to get to "B"?

Classic case of the suburbs leaving you no good options.

I would try this:

Winchester should not be too bad and there is always the sidewalk.

Thanks Envane. That worked like a charm. And as a bonus, I got back to Lake Bluff early enough to have a beer at Lake Bluff Brewing before taking the train
