Suggestions For Riding in Costa Rica Near Arenal and Manuel Antonio

Has anyone rented a bike in costa rica, specifically near Arenal volcano or Manuel Antonio National Park?

Ill be heading there in a few months for a wedding and would like to see the country on bike.

I'd ask Julie S (CCC)- I know she's done some sort of bike vacation in Cista Rica at least once.

julie - I work with a guy from costa rica. I will ask him for some thips, etc.
