Riding for fun, or exercise, or social reasons, or any other reason is great. That's why we're all here on the Chainlink. But riding for a good cause combines all of those things into one incredible ride. The Hazon Cross-USA Ride is in the Midwest (currently in Madison, WI), and is in Chicago from Sunday to Tuesday (7/28-7/30).  The Ride started in Seattle and ends in Washington D.C., raising awareness and funds for Hazon's work in educating communities to be healthier and more sustainable.

You can join the Ride itself, or even just volunteer with us on Tuesday at various Jewish environmental organizations.

Here are the routes our cross-country riders are doing in the Chicago area:

Milwaukee to Glencoe

Glencoe to Hyde Park

Hyde Park to Lake Village, IN

You guys are the reason I first got into biking!   See you sometime this weekend.

Awesome, Julie! See you soon!

We're prepping for our ride into Hyde Park tomorrow! We're in Glencoe right now and we'll be doing a short ride along Lake Michigan into downtown Chicago. You can join us for some awesome volunteering on Tuesday and then ride with us on Wednesday out of Chicago towards Lake Village.
