Riders by the Garfield Park Conservatory 11/4?

I don't see anything on the calendar or another forum post, but I was at work today and saw a bunch of riders (and a pickup truck full of bicycles) riding on Central Park Ave. north right in front of the Garfield Park Conservatory.

Was there something organized happening?  Anyone have any idea?
