Just read this in the trib newspaper (yes, that paper thing) so I don't have John Hilkevitchs article link handy.

Thought this would be a good time for us to report potholes in the bike lanes across the city.

Now Julie, I realize that paper thingy might be just a bit retro for most of us. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and pretend your enjoying a nice cup of hot chocolate on a cold, rainy afternoon, warmed by a crackling fireplace, working on the Sunday New York Times crossword puzzle with some friends - without an internet connection!
