Talk to the shop you bought the bike from. They might have spare touch up paint or might be able to order some for you.
Your LBS should carry some touch-up-paint, but they will likely not brag about it. If you need anything tightened up or replaced/fixed (make something up if you need to) then you should ask when you go in if they can touch up a scratch or something, especially if it is really bugging you. Just be REALLY nice about it.
On a side note, if you know they have touch-up-paint but are not sure if they are going to charge you, there isn't a mechanic on the planet that wouldn't appreciate some kind words and baked goods or beer. Not sayin' anything, just sayin'.
