Recommendation for a local shop that can replace a top tube on my Surly LHT?

Some jerk messed up the top tube of my LHT. Does anyone have recommendations for a local shop that can replace the top tube?

This is what the dent looks like, fyi. It also bent the entire toptube downwards.

It hangs vertically at my work. I suspect that a truck backed into it. Hoping to get my hands on the security cam footage. We'll see...

Decided to go wild (for me, that is). Ordered a Soma Buena Vista mixte frame. Looking to build it up as fast city commuter. Should be able to reuse the expensive parts (wheels, derailleur, etc) Should be ready to ride in 3 weeks or so.

Gonna mix it up a little?  Cant wait to see it.  And a mixte offers more clearance for trucks. ;-)
