Seen a cyclist today who had no clue how to get their bike mounted in the rainstorm today. Had bus patrons grumbling from the delay.

Reminder: you must remove any panniers/bags, bungeed items off your bicycle prior to loading it on the rack and bring them with you inside the bus.
