Please recommend a good Mt. Prospect Bike Shop

Someone at work is planning on taking their bike in for a routine spring tune-up, including truing. He lives in Mt. Prospect and asked me which local shop is best. I told him I'd check with you guys. He says there are a couple of shops in Mt. Prospect and he was wondering which one was best. Can you help me and maybe include why you choose a particular bike store over another? Thanks.
