The Chainlink

Kind of was expecting coverage of the Perimeter Ride.  I don't have cable, was hoping to watch online.  Anyone got a link to realtime coverage or updates? Thanks.

What kind of drone did you use?

GoPro editing is in process.

TK's editing video and promises to post soon, but there are nearly 300 photos up here:

I taped the camera onto the end of a retired polo mallet. Its the peoples drone.

The proper way to broadcast coverage of the MMXV Perimeter Ride should be done like this...

...altough, cameras mounted on polo mallets are proper as well.

Tell you what folks-- if I can get good intel on where to encounter next year's ride on the West side roughly between 3100 and 2200 S.  I promise to  get and offer up aerial quadcopter video.

Hot off of the press, here is the 2014 Chicago Perimeter Ride coverage that was promised. Is it summertime yet?

Very nice. I am looking forward to next year.
Great video. Thanks, T.K. I'm looking forward to next year as well.

Agreed, great video TK!

I should be in for next year, although I'm gonna have to get the riding legs back in shape by then.  It's always been my favorite ride of the year along with Bike The Drive and a few more annual ones.

Don't think baby will be old enough for a trailer yet so dad will have to be on baby duty that day. That's one advantage of having a husband who doesn't ride much....

T.K.--really good!  Maybe next year I will make it past Rainbo Cone!

Dear h', Your happy thread got closed, it seems prudent/polite to see if you might create another.

?>PS the Happy Thread is closed? Do they time out?

Nice job T.K.

Thanks for putting it together.

It was a lot of fun.
