Pay boxes for bikes?

This just got posted to all members of the Oak Park Cycling Club. He does make a good point that pay boxes for bikes could be next. I could see that --it is Chicago after all! Please do not think that my reposting is an endorsement or indictment of this guy. I'm just opening it up for discussion (or not, depending on your viewpoint).

He makes no such point, simply a flip comment at the end of a mediocre self congratulatory OP Ed piece. Sorry I gave the piece a click through.

On a positive note, it certainly sounds like his cycling muse is our own Crystalicious.
