New Linus Dutchie 8 step through bicycle purchased from J. C. Lind Bike Co.  Never used and decided to let someone else enjoy!  Purchased for $1400 with upgrades and selling for $750
Upgrades include: 
Soma Noah's Arc handlebars
Brooks Hoxton quick release basket
Schrader to Presta  valve conversion
Front wheel light mount
Rivendell Hammer strike Crane Bell
Double kick-stand
Front wheel stabilizer

Jeff, I comfortably ride the identical bike with the seat about an inch and a half above its lowest level.  I am 4'11", but have relatively long legs for my height.  I know someone who is 6 feet for whom that bike was too small even with the seat at the highest possible level.

I concur with Lisa.  I am 5' 5" and the bike fits most ranging from 5'0" to just under 6'0"
