Equally amazing that you found our little community! If you pass through again with a little more time, check in so we can organize a bike ride for you!

As to three hours being enough--taking the Blue Line Subway to Chicago and catching a #66 Chicago bus to Orleans with a short walk south to the bike should take about an hour. Seems that you should be okay.

The 21st century is a wondrous place - I ask some complete strangers about a lamp-post 6,000 miles from home, and I get a picture taken by a telephone in response. Patrick would have been amazed.
