I did a few things about this information.

1. 
   Made a map
2. Made the raw data available as a Google Fusion Table or CSV (Excel-friendly)
3. Uploaded some photos of the equipment used to collect the data (from the 2008 testing period)

I'm not a fan of the article and the unsubstantiated correlations the author explicitly makes.

Other than the apples to oranges bike to car traffic percentage numbers, what else don't you like?
