New Bike lane markings for skinny bikes only

From Alderman on Arena's Facebook posting:

'CDOT painted the new bike lanes along Milwaukee today from Addison to Lawrence. These were approved by residents of the 45th Ward during the 2015 participatory budgeting cycle.'

It actually looks like the start of painting bike lanes as those look like buffers only.
