Need Help Repainting a Bike Frame

Hey whats up everyone. I wanted to see if anyone could help me. I own a black Motobecane Track bike and the paint on it has been chipping. I wanted to repaint it sometime soon. The problem is I have no clue how to do it. I would probably suck at it even if I did try to do it on my own.

Anybody know of a place in the city where I can get a simple paint job done. I would just want to get it painted black again or possibly grey like this 

I'm not looking for any fancy paintjobs. Something affordable would be preferable but again I don't really know what a paint job really costs. 

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Chester Cycles does amazing wet paint and there are several options for powder coating in the city.
