I really dislike the term "ghetto" for a number of reasons.

Well, nobody has to like the term.

And anyways, it's tongue-in-cheek in this particular instance. 

I say good luck to the organizers and participants. The cleanliness may only last a couple of days, but hey - it'll be a wonderful 48 hours.
