My Bianchi mountain bike went missing Wednesday night-Thursday morning a diamondback BMX type bike was in front of the house?

My bianchi mountain bike went missing Wednesday night. Thursday morning a diamondback BMX type bike was left in front of my house. Did anyone else have any of their bikes swapped out on Wednesday night? Has anyone else experienced this recently ? Does anyone have my bianchi?

Brenda,

Great that you have a picture of your bike. Letting everyone know what major intersection you're near might help people in your area to keep an eye out for it.

Also, make an entry at the Chicago Stolen Bike Registry at http://chicago.stolenbike.org/ with as much information about the bike as you can, ie. serial number, make, model, components, and definitely any unique characteristics.

And keep an eye out on Craig's List. One of the members here (JenP) had her bike stolen a while back and found it on Craig's List. Thankfully she got it back, and the jerk got arrested.
