I actually have a group of 12 going tonight!!! Can't wait!

Nice! Gonna try to catch the opening band?
I've been working back from their most recent album... on absolution (2003) now. Amazing how early MB developed his distinctive style.

We are going to try to get the opening band! I have been listening on and off all day, but I work at a school, so I have to monitor my listening. Haha

Yay! Shins/May 19th/Aragon just announced on XRT :-)

Listening to Muse or the opening band?

Listening to Muse. I like Dead Sara, but I bought tickets to see Muse, Dead Sara is just a little bonus!

Section 111!

309 here (top tier/center-- easier on the neck...)

Been reading up on and listening to Dead Sara-- top notch vocalist just like MB.  Unfortunately opening acts tend to be hard to appreciate at the UC since they don't have the amps and the visuals needed to get much past the main floor.

Wish there was some sort of bike valet there.... the times I've been in the past few years I've left my helmet on the bike (with all its lights) and not had any problem, but I hate doing so. Between that and the snow dump bearing down on us, I'll be doing my last minute studying on the bus.

retraction...dead sara kooks and sounds great from 300 level!
What an awesome show!!!

I feel like I saw Kansas in 1977, Rush in 1978, Pink Floyd in 1979, Queen in 1983, and U2 in 1985... all in one show.

Must've been good. My mom saw Rush in '78 and claims it was a life changing experience. I can't say I've ever been to that awesome of a concert.
