We have 50 Aldermen in the city of Chicago. Most are very accessible. Call the office or show up in person and ask for an appointment to see your Alderman about bicycling issues in the Ward. Show up to your appointment on time and ask your Alderman how he/she feels about improving bicycle safety and infrastructure in the Ward and how you can be of help to the Alderman. Take it from there. It works. I know. Been there.
