Thinking of you today, and all you've done for me.

Thanks for pulling me at breakneck speed in the radio flyer wagon.  Thanks for getting me on a bike at age 4.  Thanks for teaching me that freedom is being able to get there under your own power.

You rock.

Thanks mom for giving me your Trek 730.  It got me through some awesome hills, gets me through our crazy winters and made me realize I needed to buy a road bike.   

Having a short mom (5 foot 10) and tall dad (6 foot 1) has its advantages.

great post. I wonder just how many of us have our parents to thank for our cycling (for me it was a mechanism to escape the house faster and get to my friend's houses ASAP
