Looks like a nice bike from what I can see.  How about a detailed description, frame tubing, sizing, and components?

I am not an expert on vintage british bikes. It was given to me as a payment by an ex room mate who owes me money after he skipped out on me.... i  know that it was purchased in England and that it is a hand crafted bike..est value $1,300

if you go to the bottom of my page "garth" from the british bike club came out to look at it last week . but could not afford it due to his current budget
