The Chainlink

Just wanted to share pics of my latest project, an 80s Lotus Elan rebuilt with mountain bars and brake levers, an adjustable stem, and 'ergo' grips. Nothing fancy, just a comfortable utilitarian rider. Started with the frame, a decent 4130 CRMO frame from Japan, fresh grease all around. Kept the Ukai 27" wheels, needed only a slight truing. Got rid of the cheap cranks and front derailleur and replaced with a set of Suginos and a generic Shimano FD. So far so good.

Anyone else have any recent project to share?
