Lost and Found: Plaid Joseph A. Bank Scarf

If you were riding an orange upright bike wearing a White Sox winter hat down Kinzie this morning, you dropped your scarf and I have it. I tried to rush after you to give it back, but I could not find you once I picked up the scarf off the ground. If this is yours, let me know and we can arrange to pick it up.

No, it was an upright bike with open handlebars like these.
