Losing Cycling on Universal Sports?

If you watch cycling on TV:

From the EBC listserve-

You may lose cycling on Universal Sports as of January, 1, 2012 unless unless you tell your service provider that you want it to continue!

Unless you have DIRECTV, fill out the form below to tell your TV provider that you want Universal Sports!

I use an antenna and US is a subchannel of NBC 5; I wonder if my service will be effected?
