The Chainlink

Then the season has begun! Our friends at Cambr.org have put the green light on Saw Wee Kee in Oswego! I was actually out there on Tuesday and once again was amazed at the ability of the trails at times to almost convince you that you're not in the midwest. Alright, maybe that's a stretch, but it's a change from what you might be used to. Different from Palos, surface a little more like Kettle, with a flow like Smokin Spoke in Northern Wisconsin and a sense of 'different' like Blue Mound west of Madison. If you're getting that itch to hit the singletrack, it's time to put on the baggies and go ride!

a video link with some trail footage. there are a few more if you search.

That video looks like fun. I actually planning on going to Palos this month. I also heard Matthiessen State Park is a fun ride too. Home of the next Illinois MTB state XC championship.
