I had extraordinarily good luck with Cowboom for the purchase of a used 5th gen iPod Nano a few weeks ago. It was arrived in new condition save a fingerprint on the screen.  Your mileage may vary.

An alternative might be to get the screen replaced.  It might be cheaper than buying a new one or possibly even an used phone.
