I have a couple wheelsets (one 126mm rear spacing for freewheel, one 130mm for Campy cassette). One of them has tubular rims (can't remember which at the moment, and I'm out of town).  If you haven't found something by early next week, give me a shout.

The wheels Michael posted look solid to me, and VeloMine is a good shop with generally very competiitive pricing.

 

You might also look for Fulcrum 7s (or possibly 5s) and Mavic Aksiums in that price range.

Those are nice wheels.  The A23s are 3-4 mm wider than typical 1980s/1990s rims.  The theory is you will get a wider contact patch and better ride. 

 

What size tires are on the Brava now? 23 and 25 are pretty normal for the era.  You might fit a 28 in there, but I'd guess that might be the limit.  You can get an idea if you can go bigger by checking clearance at the stays, seat tube and calipers.  Wider tires are usually a bit taller.  I have a Shimano 600 front derailleur that someone ground half way through by running a tire too big for the frame.  Must have created tons of drag.
