Looking for a 700x23 wheel

I unfortunately had my front wheel stolen off my bike. I was wondering if someone new of a good place on the northside where I could buy just one used wheel. Or if someone had an extra one lying around (would pay something reasonable for it), that would be cool too! Thanks for any help.

Neuvation Cycling has their M28 700c Aero wheels on sale right now. Where else can you get a brand new, high quality 700c front wheel for only $59.00. Normally $219.00. I have friends that have used these wheels over thousands of miles and they hold up very well. Also, their customer service is very good.
