Apartment is huge and in a great location. Less than 1 block away from the Sheridan red line Stop. Right on the corner of Irving Park and Sheridan in Lakeview on the North Side of Chicago. Building is bike friendly. Each room is big and can easily fit a queen size bed with no problem. Laundry room in the basement of the building.

There is 1 bathroom in the apartment. Apartment is located on the second floor.

Lease does not start until May 1st 2013, and ends April 30th 2014.

All Utilities Included except Electricity

REQUIREMENTS for moving in will be 1ST MONTH RENT $520, $520 SECURITY DEPOSIT, will be refunded once lease is over, and $25 for lease application (everyone living in the apartment has to be on the lease).

About myself:
I am avid 22 year old cyclist and I ride everyday . Like to go out on the weekends when I can. Work and go to DePaul every day 9am-5pm. I am pretty laid back and just go with the flow of things. Favorite Band is The Strokes and Favorite Movie is Taxi Driver.
