legal help

Does anyone know where i can get some backup information on cycling laws and rights.  Here is my problem.  All of a sudden the maintenance guys at work are fighting me on leaving my bike in our work building, they say it leaves a mess and is in the way of their cleaning up.  Thanks for any info.

Their building, their rules.  Sadly you do not have the right to bring your bike wherever you want.

The law won't help... but maybe talk to the building manager or someone that is above them. Even the "maintenance supervisor" answers to someone.
