lds mormon Iowa ragbrai

My wife and I with two teenage kids are planning to register for the ragbrai but are reluctant with the beer drinking and partying in the evenings. We surely want to have fun but clean fun with other LDS families. Is there a forum for that? Thanks

I went in 2007. Yes, there was drinking. But the sites were segregated and I easily avoided them. Just because you are going past a bar doesn't mean you have to stop in.

I rode RAGBRAI 2 years ago and while there was definitely a number of folks drinking, not everyone was. Most of my evenings were fairly quiet - the partying was easy to avoid if you didn't want to join in. I'm sure you can find like-minded folks!
