Lawrence Ave lane reconfiguration project starting?

I was driving (yes in a car) home this evening and I noticed west of Ravenswood that utility trucks were partitioning off the right westbound lane. Is the new reconfiguration project starting?

I too was driving home tonight, north bound on Damen, when I reached Lawrence, right lane was shut downed and south bound couldn't turn left onto Lawrence. Lotsa of cones lane closure, there was at least 2 or 3 sets of trucks from Meade, they had the man holes open. You tell me what's going on.

I doubt it is. This year they are scheduled to do Lawrence from Damen west to Western. East of Damen is scheduled for next year.
